QUALIFICATION STANDARDS
- Education: BACHELOR’S DEGREE PREFERABLY IN CIVIL OR MECHANICAL ENGINEERING, COMMERCE OF ANY OTHER RELATED COURSE
- Training: NONE REQUIRED
- Experience: THREE (3) YEARS EXPERIENCE IN REAL PROPERTY ASSESSMENT WORK OR IN ANY RELATED FIELD
- Eligibility: RA 1080 (REAL ESTATE SERVICE) PER CSC MC 20, S. 2012
- Competency (If applicable): N/A
